Summer greetings
 NCBAA Members and Associates

We hope you all are enjoying a wonderful
summer! Our next luncheon event is Monday, August 14, 2017 at Signature Flight Support, KSJC.

Gulfstream is our sponsor for this and will have a G280 aircraft and G600 mock up on display on the ramp for tours.

Our speaker will be Paul Higgins from the Northern California TRACON.  Paul will present an ATC briefing about the Northern California airspace we frequently fly in, the SFO Class B re-design, and also the top pilot deviations that they are seeing and how those are handled.

Please feel free to send us topic suggestions that you feel our organization and members may benefit from.

Additionally, if your are interested in participating NCBAA as an officer or Board member please contact us at: president, exec director, or secretary, all at @norcalbaa.org.

As always, please fly safe.

Michael Dworkin

NBAA Workforce Retention Survey

NBAA's operations team is very interested in helping member flight departments hold on to the business aviation talent pool currently working in our industry. Toward that effort, they are preparing a series of surveys for business aviation professionals.

The first survey in the series asks pilots about the person and professional consideration that might lead them to transition to the airlines.  The survey is 100% confidential, and takes only 10 minutes to complete.  Results will be available in time for BACE2017 in Las Vegas.
