NCBAA is thrilled to introduce FA CLUB; a new social club for our community to connect, learn and grow. Led by flight attendants, for flight attendants; we are excited to offer the resources and mentorship that you have all been asking for!
We look forward to hosting quarterly social meetups as well as a Flight Attendant Yearly event called FAY DAY where we bring together as many resources as possible for you including career enhancing activities, educational sessions, safety panels and product/culinary demonstrations that will help to further your careers.

I am thrilled to announce the next FA CLUB virtual meetup will be Wednesday, July, 29th!
We have a stacked lineup this month full of inspiring leaders in the corporate flight attendant community; including President of Women In Corporate Aviation and Texas CFA community leader; Lesley Revuelto, who will be highlighting best practices of how to build a thriving CFA community in your region!
We will also hear from other successful community leaders on the call to share what they did to get started including; Natalie Rader & Sloan Ross from Sip Savor Social & Mercedes White of Fly Girl Social Club.
We will also have Nicole Santiago joining us, fresh back from her inspiring summit of Mount Everest to discuss the best way to apply AND actually get your job application noticed in a high stakes competitive market.
I will be moderating the discussions and will also cover our quarterly hot topics as usual including; the latest salary survey results from Flightess and Sajet Solutions, Inc.!

ABOUT:
Aviation Career Discovery Day is a celebration of the people and innovation that propel aviation’s tireless push to greater altitudes. This daylong event is a chance for students to learn, network and be inspired by aviation professionals from Northern California. The NCBAA, in collaboration with the students and staff with the SJSU Career Center and Department of Aviation and Technology, strives to generate community interest in aviation by raising awareness of aviation careers, trends and issues in our industry.

Please join NCBAA in celebrating the holiday season with colleagues and friends in the Bay! Our Member Meeting & Holiday Party will be held on Thursday, December 10th.
We will begin the evening with a brief member meeting highlighting our efforts in the region, our scholarship funds, and looking forward to the growth and expansion of the organization's education and social events in 2025. Prospective members are welcome to join the member meeting to hear about the benefits of joining our organization.
